Desk : The United States has removed four Indian companies from its sanctions list, easing restrictions that had previously impacted their international financial and trade operations.

According to official updates from US authorities, the firms have been delisted following a periodic review of the sanctions database maintained by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC). The move lifts earlier restrictions that had limited their access to global banking channels and cross-border transactions.

The four companies removed from the list are RRG Engineering Technologies Private Limited (Hyderabad), Lokesh Machines Limited (Hyderabad), Galaxy Bearings Limited (Ahmedabad), and Shaurya Aeronautics Private Limited (Delhi).

These entities were earlier placed under US sanctions due to alleged concerns related to export control compliance and trade with restricted jurisdictions. With their removal from the list, the financial and operational constraints imposed under the sanctions regime will no longer apply.

The development is expected to improve their ability to engage in international business and restore smoother access to dollar-based financial systems.

While US authorities have not issued detailed public reasoning for the decision, such updates are generally made after internal compliance reviews or reassessments of listed entities.

The move is being seen as a positive development in India–US economic relations, particularly in the context of trade regulation and compliance cooperation between the two countries.
