Washington: US President Donald Trump has claimed that the United States possesses more oil, natural gas, and coal resources than any other country in the world. He said the nation’s vast energy reserves remain one of its greatest strategic strengths.

Speaking to reporters aboard Air Force One, Trump stated that the United States has all the resources necessary to sustain strong energy production. According to him, America’s extensive reserves of oil, gas, and coal place it in a dominant position within the global energy market.

Trump noted that many analysts had feared geopolitical tensions could push oil prices sharply higher. However, he argued that America’s production capacity and resource base have helped keep energy markets relatively stable.

The US president also referred to relations with Venezuela, saying that greater cooperation in the energy sector could strengthen global supply chains and contribute to market stability. He suggested that expanding energy production would benefit both the United States and the wider global economy.

Addressing developments in the Middle East, Trump said Washington remains committed to protecting its energy security and ensuring uninterrupted supply routes. He expressed confidence that oil prices could ease further as market conditions improve.

Analysts note that Trump’s remarks come at a time when energy security, oil supply, and market stability have become key issues in global politics and economics.
