Toronto: A movement has started after there is no clue in the murder of Balochistan’s female activist and Baloch leader Karima in Toronto. Protests against the killing of Karima Baloch took place at Toronto Police Headquarters. Baloch leaders of Pakistan have demanded strict action from the Prime Minister of Canada. Karima Baloch was killed in Toronto on Tuesday. Her body was found on the Lakeshore. Pakistan’s intelligence agency is suspected to be involved in this murder.

A massive protest against the murder was held at the Toronto Police Headquarters on Friday. The protesters were raising the placards, ‘Who killed Karima Baloch? Pakistan’, ‘Pakistan Intelligence Get out of Canada.’
Despite Christmas eve and COVID-19 lockdown, dozens of protesters managed to gather outside Toronto Police Headquarters. Protesters have criticized the Toronto police over the daub in the investigation.

The police had said that no such thing as murder was revealed. Dozens of organizations including Hindu Forum Canada, Indo-Canada Kashmir Council, Hindu Advocacy Council, Progressive Muslim Associations participated in this protest. Amnesty International has also demanded a serious investigation into Karima Baloch’s case. Meanwhile, Dr Abdul Hakeem Lehri, president of the Baloch People’s Congress, appealed to Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau to immediately and effectively investigate the death of Karima Baloch.
