  • 1 cup whisked yogurt
  • Tamarind sweet chutney
  • Green chutney
  • Finely chopped onion
  • Sev (crispy gram flour noodles)
  • Pomegranate seeds
  • A pinch of chaat masala

Method

Start by mashing the boiled potatoes in a bowl. Add bread crumbs, green chilli, grated ginger, salt, red chilli powder, chaat masala, and chopped coriander leaves. Mix everything well to form a smooth mixture.

Now shape the mixture into small round patties (tikkis). Heat a little oil on a flat pan or tawa and shallow fry the tikkis on medium heat until they turn golden brown and crispy on both sides. Once done, place them on a serving plate.

Preparing the Chaat

Place two or three hot tikkis on a plate. Pour whisked yogurt over them, followed by tamarind sweet chutney and green chutney. Sprinkle chopped onions, chaat masala, sev, and pomegranate seeds on top to enhance the taste and presentation.

Serve with Love

When you serve this warm and tangy Aloo Tikki Chaat to the special woman in your life, it becomes more than just a snack—it becomes a gesture of appreciation and love.

This Women’s Day, let your effort in the kitchen bring a smile to her face, because sometimes the sweetest expression of love comes through a homemade dish.
