Afghan security forces killed Pakistani military officials supporting Taliban

Kabul: With the Taliban taking over Afghanistan, the structure of the country’s media has completely changed. All TV channels have now stopped showing music and entertainment programs. Instead of music on TV, there is an echo of religious programs, in which ‘jihadis’ are being talked about. Apart from this, the appreciation of taliban leaders is being presented thoroughly. Sensing the situation, the Afghan media did not delay in adapting itself to the new norms. This is the reason why news related to religion is being broadcast predominantly.

The Taliban first captured the national radio station in Helmand on August 2, 2021. The Taliban have taken over the TV station to broadcast threats and warnings and to also propagate the Taliban’s Voice of Shariah.

After this, other TV channels of the country were also rapidly taken under their control and stopped broadcasting. In view of this, the channels changed their programs according to the ideologies of the Taliban. Its effect is being seen on the common man including the film industry. People have started deleting their photos from social media accounts so that they do not face any kind of problem.
