An event titled as ‘Ladki Anjaani’ was held under the auspices of Mumbai-based Treta Marketing and Services Private Limited’s new venture ‘Shilpkar’ on the occasion of International Women’s Day with the aim of encouraging women’s participation in business, organized by K-7 Entertainment in Jaipur.
About 100 women who have established their strong identity in various fields like law, business, medical, design, modeling etc. marked their participation in the event.
While sharing his views, Treta’s Managing Director Aditya Tikku said that the ‘Ladki Anjaani’ program is an initiative to increase participation of women in the business world and to provide all possible help in establishing their strong identity. A few years ago a song became very popular whose lyrics were “Ladki Anjaani”….. The irony is that even after several years, girls are still considered as ‘Unknown’….. They are not taken seriously in the business world and they have to face innumerable challenges at every step to establish their enterprise. Due to lack of proper guidance and platform, they are unable to spread their wings. Through Shilpkar, our endeavor is to provide as much help as possible to women entrepreneurs. We are committed to provide guidance, technical support and other related services to the budding women entrepreneurs of the country with the mission of promoting innovative thinking, promoting local and indigenous businesses.
KK Salvi, Director of K-7 Entertainment, played a major role in making the event a success. While talking about the present condition of women, he said that even today there is no end to the challenges before women in all spheres of life. The way ‘Shilpkar’ is trying to remove obstacles in the life of women entrepreneurs is commendable and that’s why our organization took the responsibility of this entire program.
Sonam Rawat from Royal AKT Tour & Travels said, “This event will definitely prove to be a milestone for the development of women entrepreneurs. The platform provided by ‘Shilpkar’ will boost the spirits of every woman who wants to establish their identity in the world of business and entrepreneurship.
Jaspreet and the ‘Shilpkar’ team were present at the event.
Notably, ‘Shilpkar’ is going to organise an event very soon where potential beneficiaries will be given an opportunity to pitch their business idea.
With the mission to promote new ventures…new thinking ‘Shilpkar’ also seeks to motivate and push local and indigenous businesses and keep them at par with other rising companies by offering offer a no-cost or low-cost business development mentorship, capital arrangement, technical assistance, and other related services to budding entrepreneurs of the country.
