Washington: India and the United States have a strong will power to work together. Prime Minister Narendra Modi is a strong supporter of renewable energy and technology, said US Secretary of State nominee Antony Blinken.

As Foreign Minister, the Senate Foreign Relations Committee has stamped his name. He has also said that there are many reasons and ways to work with India and America.

Blinken said that India has worked very closely and very strongly with various US governments. Whether it was Bill Clinton’s government or Barack Obama’s or Donald Trump’s government. America has been fully supported by India in all. He expressed the hope that this cooperation of the Indian government will continue to be provided to the Biden administration as before. According to him, the US wants to go ahead with India on the issue of Indo-Pacific. Both countries depend on each other for better coordination. In the Trump administration, the process of exchange of information by both countries will continue even further. He also said that he expects China to cooperate with India.

He considered terrorism a big challenge and said that he will help all the countries in ending it. Apart from this, there will also be full awareness on the issue of climate change. He said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi has been advocating renewable energy for a long time. In such a situation, the capacity to work with both countries is also high.

On Wednesday 20 January 2021, Joe Biden is going to be sworn in as the 46th President of America. In such a situation, there is very little time left for Blinken’s new journey to begin.
