Mango season is here, and for mango lovers, it’s all about indulging in this sweet fruit from morning to night. So if your fridge is stocked with ripe mangoes every day, it’s time to whip up this fun and easy Mango Cheesecake! The best part? No cooking or baking is required. Just gather your ingredients, mix them together, pop it in the fridge, and your delicious dessert will be ready. Here’s a super easy no-bake mango cheesecake recipe you’ll love.

Ingredients for Mango Cheesecake:

  • 8–10 digestive biscuits
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 large sweet mangoes
  • 150 grams paneer (cottage cheese)
  • 50 grams hung curd
  • 4–5 tablespoons honey
  • (Optional) 1 tablespoon powdered sugar for extra sweetness

How to Make Mango Cheesecake:

  1. Crush the Biscuits
    – Add the digestive biscuits to a blender and crush them into a fine powder.
  2. Prepare the Base
    – Pour the crushed biscuits into a bowl (preferably glass, but any will do).
    – Melt the butter and mix it into the biscuit powder. Stir well.
    – Using a spoon, press the mixture evenly at the bottom of the bowl to form a smooth base.
  3. Make the Cream Cheese Layer
    – Add paneer to a blender. Homemade paneer works best if available.
    – Add hung curd to it. (To make hung curd, tie regular curd in a muslin cloth and hang it for about an hour to drain all the water.)
    – Add honey for sweetness. If you want it sweeter, you can also add powdered sugar.
    – Blend everything into a smooth, creamy mixture.
  4. Assemble the Cheesecake
    – Pour the cream cheese mixture over the biscuit base. Spread it evenly and smooth the top with a spoon.
  5. Prepare the Mango Topping
    – Peel and finely chop one mango into small pieces.
    – Blend the pulp of the other mango into a thick puree (without adding any water).
  6. Final Touch
    – Sprinkle the chopped mangoes over the cheesecake layer and gently mix them in.
    – Pour the thick mango puree as the topmost layer.
  7. Set the Cheesecake
    – Refrigerate the cheesecake for 2 to 3 hours or until fully set.

And that’s it—your delightful, no-bake mango cheesecake is ready to enjoy! Kids and adults alike won’t be able to resist devouring it.
