Abhijeet’s father took loan to bear the expenses of his studies. The family runs with great difficulty. His mother Tiloka Sharma is a home maker. He lives in a small rental house. Abhijeet’s father pays the house rent of Rs 3,500 every month.

The topper’s father recalls that COVID-19 brought the most catastrophic period of their life. They didn’t even have food to eat. Life was miserable to the core. But, even then, we as parents never let our son’s studies get affected. At that time there was a need for mobile because studies were being done online. So, we took a loan and bought a second hand mobile for Abhijeet. We never want our son feel disappointed for our poor financial condition. Today when people are appreciating Abhijeet’s efforts, we feel a sense of pride. Our son has topped the state- this feeling of extreme happiness and satisfaction cannot be described in words.

The immense struggle and hidden anguish of this topper is truly inspiring. Abhijeet has set a milestone for the generations to come. His journey is an example for all his peers to rise above all the odds and become a victor not a victim.
