Desk:On May 7th, Indian security forces carried out a significant attack on several terrorist hideouts in Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK) and Pakistan. This operation followed a promise made by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, in which he assured the nation that the remaining land of terrorists would be wiped out. He also stated that Indian security forces had been given a free hand to act against the terrorists, with no leniency shown in their operations.
In this operation, nine terrorist camps were targeted, and reports indicate that over 90 terrorists have been killed so far. Of these, 30 terrorists were killed in Muridke, while dozens of others were eliminated in various other camps. This attack was part of a larger operation by the Indian security forces aimed at neutralizing terrorist organizations operating from across the border.
Through this operation, the Indian Army has demonstrated that their efforts against terrorism will be continuous and decisive, ensuring that terrorism will not be allowed to thrive.
