Hi Debasish,

We all know how you promoted your sales by putting Modi’s face on one of your edition and writing some sensational headlines. That helped you selling a lot of copies. Good job done that day!

Similarly, we would have loved to ignore Time’s such article again but then I thought you seems to taking our silence as the weakness or accepting as truth to whatever you are writing and projecting to the world.

So, replying to you point-by-point:

1) The U.S. would like to see India as an ideological and strategic counter to China’s rise.

ON THE DOT replies: So, its the interest of USA that they want to safeguard by working along with India not the democratic values which you are harping about since the beginning of your article.

2) Modi’s Hindu nationalist Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP).

ON THE DOT replies: Better call Joe Biden as representative of Christian nationalist party as he took the oath on the Bible. Dont try and paint us with your brush

3) Disha Ravi and ilk.

ON THE DOT replies: Dont teach us. We all know about your picking of peoples and putting them behind bars in various prisons in and outside of your country just on the doubts and without any trials. So, dont pretend and dont preach us.

4) Modi’s government has refused to accede to the demand, and tried to defame and demonize the protesters as terrorists.

ON THE DOT replies: 11 round of meetings, 08 amendments already agreed. Do you really dont know about this or pretending of not knowing.

5) A signature technique of the BJP to gag and discredit critics, have been directed at Harris, who highlighted the arrest and alleged sexual assault of a 23-year-old trade unionist.

ON THE DOT replies: Awaiting proof of any such heinous incident because I know you are simply shooting in the air.

6) even as U.S. geopolitical interests require more attention than ever before.

ON THE DOT replies: So, it is good that you have your geopolitical interests and if we have such interest for our country then you try to pull us down by spreading such misinformation.

7) Pressing China on human rights while ignoring gross violations by allies is not a good look for the new Leader of the Free World.

ON THE DOT replies: So, you have decided who is our leader. You are still in the colonial mindset. Come out of it. We all know USA got electricity from the loot of India money. 99% of India kept under darkness and you all got electricity looting us. We are slowly coming out of darkness on our own and we will decide our leader as well and has decided right now. You accept it or not – we just dont care.

8) During his tenure, Obama also urged India to uphold religious freedoms and lamented that Gandhi would have been shocked by the acts of religious intolerance that India was witnessing.

ON THE DOT replies: That could be his point of view but we in India does not have such problem. You take care of BLACK LIVES MATTER and more such campaign.

9) It was never going to be easy for the U.S. to fully embrace a leader whose visa it had denied for a decade for his alleged role in a pogrom of Muslims – a ban Obama lifted only when it became clear that Modi was coming to power.

ON THE DOT replies: continue……and was not involved (don’t write half-sentence)

Anyways, and today he is the PM of world’s largest democracy, elected by 1.3 billion Indians. Has been invited several times to many countries including USA. This shows you cannot stop us progressing now.
