ON THE DOT replies to @ Al-Jazeera

This is in response to your article: Kashmir fighters kill two Indian soldiers in region’s main city www.aljazeera.com/news/2020/11/26/kashmir-fighters-kill-two-indian-soldiers-in-regions-main-city

I decided to reply you as I have been noticing your network’s continuous rant against India and especially on our Kashmir.

I would have loved to ignore you but the false narrative set by you might harm the image of India on international stage.

So, by not giving you much prominence kindly note that such fighters are cowards and are called as TERRORISTS.

UN has already declared them accordingly. So, better you also report them accordingly. Report facts otherwise don’t.
Now, coming to your false reporting:

1) India and Pakistan claim the region in its entirety. They have fought three wars, two of them over control of Kashmir, since British colonialists granted them independence in 1947.

OTD replies: How can Pakistan claim what is not theirs. Are you not aware of the agreement between Government of India and Kashmir. It is like 80% of expats who are currently living in Qatar will say that country belongs to them not to the 20% indigenous population.
Report Facts, otherwise don’t.

2) Rebels have been fighting against the Indian rule since 1989. Most Muslim Kashmiris support the goal that the territory be united either under Pakistani rule or as an independent country.

OTD replies: Why since 1989…why not before that. Why don’t you report that mujahideens who were fighting in Afghanistan started creating problem in Kashmir as the Afghan war was nearing to end and Pakistan used them. As a result Kashmir valley is now Muslim-only but other parts of Kashmir region is not. Report Facts, otherwise don’t

3) Tensions in the disputed Himalayan region have escalated since Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s government scrapped Kashmir’s special status in August 2019, annulled its separate constitution, split the region into two federal territories – Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh – and subsequently removed inherited protections on land and jobs.

OTD replies: Why you need to interfere and comment and set false narrative. Kashmir is part of India so India will decide what to do there?? The way we cannot and don’t interfere in your Qatar, similarly you also don’t. If you want to report then.

Report Facts, otherwise don’t.
