In search of Maa Sita, Prabhu Shri Ram went to the sea shore of Great Indian Ocean which was hurdle in reaching the Lanka. Everyone found it impossible to cross the great ocean sea. Prabhu Shree Ram started offering prayer to Samudra devta who told him about the great engineer and architect brothers Nal & Neel, the son of Lord Vishwkarma who constructed the Ram Setu bridge with help of large vanar sena which was seems to be impossible to construct on such deep and large Indian Ocean. All the soldiers of Vanar sena together with their effort ran all around to gather the materials like tree, rocks, stones and other materials they could find around required for constructing the bridge. Deity Hanuman instructed the soldiers to write name of Sree Ram on stone and throw into the ocean and by following his instruction the vanar sena started throwing the stone after writing name of Shree Ram and they together completed the construction of finest bridge on ocean which was impossible to build in such a short time. According to Rishi Valmiki as mentioned in Ramayan it took 5 days to complete the construction of Ram setu.
This is an inspiration for all the human being that if we have firm determination, and will to find the solution of any problem that comes in our life than nothing is impossible to do. From the context of Ram Setu construction, we can learn the different management lessons that are required in each human life. Some of the important lessons are:
Calmness – Calmness is an important feature that one must posses to face the difficult situation and find out the solution. On facing the great ocean in front of him which was hurdle to reach the Lanka, Prabhu Shree Ram did not get panic but calmly he started praying Samudra Devta to clear the path, who told him about the Nal and Neel and inspire to construct the Ram setu. In Business or in daily life a number of difficult situations arises which one can solve by trying to find out solution calmly without getting panic and if required taking suggestions from others.
Team Work – Team work is very important for accomplishing any task timely and efficiently. It was the team work of all the soldiers (Vanar Sena) who worked together in collection of material and constructing the bridge and built the finest bridge on great Ocean in 5 days only. In corporate also the none can survive alone a team and team work and co operation is required to perform the task and accomplish the objective timely and efficiently.
Leadership- A good leadership is helpful in accomplishing the objective of company. Like under the leadership of Diety Hanuman all soldiers worked together in completing the bridge by following his instructions.
Nothing is Impossible – Most important lesson one can adopt in his life is that nothing is impossible in this world and life. The only important thing is that one must have faith in himself in facing the difficult situation that comes in our life with cool mind and cooperation and with the team spirit.
Word impossible itself says that – I M POSSIBLE!
