Hyderabad: PM Modi inaugurated 216-feet tall ‘Statue of Equality’ commemorating 11th-century Bhakti Saint Sri Ramanujacharya in Shamshabad.
On the occasion, PM Modi said that the ‘Statue of Equality’ will encourage youth. This statue of Ramanujacharya ji is a symbol of his knowledge, detachment, and ideals.
PM Modi has arrived in Hyderabad to participate in various programs. He was received by minister Talasani Srinivas Yadav, governor Tamilisai Soundararajan, Union minister G Kishan Reddy, chief secretary Somesh Kumar and DGP M Mahender Reddy at Begumpet airport.
