Well, the explanation of the importance of planning can be understood in our kitchen. Our mother daily plans what to cook for breakfast or lunch or dinner and this She plans one day before only and in spite of lot or household work she prepares meal on time and serves breakfast to kids, husband and other members and also packs their lunch box. This is a simple example of the planning in our day to day life which is not learnt in any institution but comes from experience and this is helpful in timely completion of work.

For proper utilization of time one are advised to make daily plan one day prior about what task or activity one has to do next day, write down the things at one place and next day work accordingly and at end of the day must check how much work was done according to plan, how much time it required and similarly make plan for next day. It will hardly take 5-10 minutes to write down the things that are to be done but this 5-10 min time will be helpful in proper and effective utilization of 24 hours and you will also get time for yourself, your family and social life and by doing this according to your plan you will also get a mental peace and no stress in life.
