New Delhi: Addressing the 82nd edition of his monthly radio programme ‘Mann Ki Baat’, PM Modi hailed India’s 100-crore covid vaccination mark.
PM Modi said, “I am well aware of the capabilities of my country, the people of my country. I knew that our healthcare workers would leave no stone unturned to vaccinate countrymen.”
Highlights:
– “India is working on using drones for transportation, be it for delivery of goods at home or assistance during emergencies or monitoring law and order. Soon drones will be deployed for all all such needs. Drones are being used in delivery of Covid-19 vaccines,” PM said during the monthly address.
– “When I talk about cleanliness, please do not forget to get rid of Single Use Plastic. So come, let us take a pledge that we will not let the enthusiasm of Swachh Bharat Abhiyan go down. Together we will make our country completely clean and keep it clean,” PM Modi said.
– “India among first nations using drone for land records, farming, delivery and delivering vaccines,” PM Modi said.
– PM Modi recalled India’s efforts for world peace and global wellness.
– “We celebrate 31st October as National Unity Day. We must associate with at least one activity that promotes national unity”, said PM Modi
– “Next Sunday, 31st October, is the birth anniversary of Sardar Patel. On behalf of every listener of ‘Mann Ki Baat’, and on my behalf, I bow to the Iron Man,” PM Modi said.
