New Delhi: A new video has surfaced in which a US Black Hawk helicopter can be seen flying over Kandahar in Afghanistan with a body hanging from a rope below. The clip was shared on Twitter by several users including some noted journalists.
The Taliban killed the man, who was reportedly a US interpreter, before a perverse exhibition from the sky.
The man keeps dangling from the helicopter as it patrols the city. The video could not confirm that the man tied to the rope was dead or alive at the time.
The helicopter is among the abandoned US equipment that will now be used at the discretion of Taliban. The US has said that it disabled hundreds of military assets including helicopters, aircrafts, armoured vehicles and rockets to ensure they cannot be used by the Taliban.
