Islamabad: Pakistan on Saturday accused India of misrepresenting the International Court of Justice (ICJ) judgment in the Kulbhushan Jadhav case. Simultaneously, he stressed that we (Pakistan) stand ready to fulfill all obligations under international law.
Earlier on Thursday, Indian Ministry of External Affairs Spokesperson Arindam Bagchi had said in Delhi that the Review and Reconsideration Bill, 2020, does not constitute a mechanism to pave the way for effective review and review in Jadhav’s case in line with the ICJ’s decision.
