Iran on Monday rejected a ceasefire proposal sent via Pakistan by the United States, stating that it seeks not a temporary pause but a permanent end to the conflict. The announcement was made by Iran’s official news agency IRNA.
IRNA reported that Tehran communicated a 10-point plan to Washington, which includes not only a ceasefire but also broader measures to ensure regional stability and security. Experts say this step could mark a significant shift in Middle Eastern diplomacy.
