- Chironji (optional)
- Sugar – 1 cup
- Cardamom – 2 to 3 pods
How to Make Suji and Milk Ladoos
- Soaking the Semolina:
- Start by soaking semolina in milk for about 10 minutes, allowing it to absorb the milk and become soft.
- Cooking the Mixture:
- Heat a pan or kadhai on low flame and add the milk-soaked suji.
- Cook it on low flame for 3 to 4 minutes, stirring continuously.
