*How do you promote the inclusion of today’s women in both professional and family life?
Answer: Today’s women are increasingly balancing their professional and family lives. This change has been possible due to the support of mothers who provide education and moral values to their daughters. Education and financial independence are important aspects of their lives. It’s crucial to acknowledge the role of mothers who teach their daughters the importance of balancing their careers with family life.
In addition to mothers, the support of in-laws, including mothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, and other family members, is essential. The presence of daughters-in-law in every household creates an environment where women can pursue their careers successfully and achieve financial growth.
Both mothers and mothers-in-law play pivotal roles in this transformation. The mother nurtures her daughter’s potential, which then paves the way for her to excel professionally. Simultaneously, the mother-in-law, who also has daughters, understands the importance of supporting her daughters-in-law in their professional endeavors. Therefore, they both contribute to the successful integration of women into both professional and family life.
*Your contributions to the political field:
My interest in politics is limited, but I have been involved in a few programs where I had the opportunity to work with leaders from the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP). They are associated with my father-in-law, respected Shri Kundanmalji Bohra, who has a strong presence in our community. This connection led to my involvement in various religious activities and programs in Dahisar, Mumbai, under their guidance. I was encouraged to take on the role of a compère or host during a significant program organized by the Jewelers Association. I efficiently conducted the event, and with their support, I successfully organized various religious, community, and social activities.
*Involvement with the Terapanth community and literary works:
In the Terapanth Dharm Sangh, I have written an article in the Abhinandan Granth released on the occasion of the 50th Swayam Prayag (self-practice) year of respected Sadhvi Pramukha Kanakprabha Ji. The article discusses the unique experiment in personality development of revered Sadhvi Pramukha Kanakprabha Ji, who embodies the qualities of:
These qualities are beautifully reflected in her golden life and personality, illuminating every moment of her life and consistently enlightening humanity. She has been an unwavering source of inspiration.
In addition to this, there is also a Mahapragya Granth (a collection of writings) released on the occasion of the centennial year of Acharya Shri Mahapragya. In this book, there is an article written by me titled “Kokh Ki Kabr Na Banao,” which was published in Pramod Ji Surya’s magazine. Apart from these, I have contributed articles and writings in four to five other books. Although I have not written any hymns (geetika) myself, I enjoy reciting and conducting hymns with the help of verse prompts. During my tenure as the Coordinator of the Kanya Mandal and later as a minister in the Terapanth Mahila Mandal in Mumbai, I contributed to various social services, raising awareness and promoting women’s empowerment.
I have also been involved in the Terapanth Professional Forum (TPF) in Mumbai as a lecturer, motivator, speaker, and life coach since 2015. My melodious speeches and efficient hosting skills have left a positive impact on people. I am committed to continue serving society and my loved ones by becoming a Chartered Accountant soon through the D D National Program, which will be released shortly.
